Hello, I'm Chef Caitlin S.

Raised in Cincinnati a MacEachen, started her career as a Steininger, and is proudly ready to reintroduce herself to the Queen City culinary scene as Chef Caitlin Young. Caitlin spent her high school years the way of the truest Cincinnatians, a chili parlor. Since then, she has spent 2 decades cooking and creating in her hometown under the name 'Cooking with Caitlin'. Fast forward to 2018, Chef Caitlin earned a spot competing on Bravo's 'Top Chef' season 16 and later a move to Hyde Park's Dear Restaurant & Butchery as Co-Chef. You can now find Young at her pop up, 'Young Broad' where her menus are classic yet innovative, nostalgic yet inspiring.

    Amazing! Our party of four had a great time learning how to make a fabulous brunch. Caitlin was very informative and made for an entertaining experience. I am confident that I can recreate the menu and wow my family and friends;). And we all got to sit down and enjoy an incredible brunch (eggs, goetta, bacon and biscuits) while Caitlin cleaned up the kitchen!! I am looking forward to booking another class soon.
